OptoDrum offers a user-friendly solution as a substitute for traditional optokinetic drums or tape for inducing optokinetic nystagmus to assess neurological, otological, and opthalmological conditions. The application involves placing an iPhone displaying a moving pattern in front of the patient's eye to trigger the desired response. Users can conveniently adjust the stripe pattern, width, and speed to suit their needs.

• OptoDrum features five different patterns: black stripes, red stripes, mixed colors, symbols, and animal images.
• The speed of the pattern can be controlled by dragging a finger up or down the screen, matching the movement with finger gestures.
• A double-tap on the screen freezes the pattern in motion instantly.
• Precision adjustments to the pattern's size can be made by pinching or zooming using two fingers on the screen.
• Users can easily switch between patterns by swiping left or right when a pattern is stopped, transitioning to the next in line.
